ABOUT VARDANCE

Why I founded Vardance
The idea behind it
For more than ten years, I worked with enterprise organisations on how important work was planned, coordinated and delivered.
Across retail, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, media and telecommunications, I kept seeing the same challenge. The strategy was often clear, but execution became difficult once many teams, deadlines, decisions and systems were involved.
I founded Vardance to help organisations close that gap. The goal is simple: create a clearer way to run important work, then put the technology, workflows and automation behind it so the solution works in practice.

What you can expect from Vardance
Start with the business
Technology comes second. I begin by understanding what the organisation is trying to achieve, how the work runs today and where complexity is getting in the way.
Keep it practical
The best solution is one people will actually use. I focus on making work clearer and simpler, not adding another layer of process.
Go beyond recommendations
The work does not stop with advice. I stay involved in shaping the solution, implementing the technology and helping make it work in practice.
Work directly with clients
There are no layers between the problem and the person working on it. Clients work directly with me throughout the engagement.

Meet the Founder
Vardance is founder-led, which means you work directly with me from the first conversation through to delivery.
Before founding Vardance, I spent more than a decade in enterprise technology roles, working closely with executives and implementation teams on complex business initiatives across global organisations.

Victor Niklasson
Founder
My experience spans enterprise roles at monday.com, Smartsheet, Adobe, Box and Medallia, working with organisations on initiatives including marketing planning, product launches, store openings, manufacturing programmes, clinical development and business transformation.
That experience shaped the way I work today: understand the business problem first, then build the processes and technology needed to solve it.
Experience across business-critical initiatives
Over the past decade, I've worked with global organisations to design and deliver solutions supporting some of their most important business initiatives.
The examples below reflect experience gained through previous enterprise roles and illustrate the types of business challenges Vardance helps organisations solve today.
Marketing Planning & Execution
Partnered with multiple global automotive manufacturers to improve marketing planning, product launches and new product development. The focus was accelerating time-to-market and improving visibility across marketing priorities.
Expansion & Launches
Partnered with global retail and consumer brands on new store openings, product launches and seasonal collections. The focus was improving launch readiness and creating a more repeatable approach to expansion.
Business Transformation
Partnered with multinational organisations on strategic transformation and post-acquisition integration. The focus was improving visibility across strategic priorities and helping leadership coordinate change with confidence.

From challenge to execution
Start with the business. Build what teams actually need.
01
Understand the work
We learn what you're trying to achieve, which teams are involved, where work gets stuck and what leadership needs to see.
The goal is to understand what is making the initiative harder to deliver than it needs to be.

02
Design a better way to run it
We create a clear structure for the work, including responsibilities, stages, deadlines, approvals, dependencies and reporting.
It is designed around how your organisation actually works.

03
Make it work in practice
We put the new approach into operation, including the technology, workflows, automation and reporting.
We also help teams adopt the new way of working so the solution delivers value.
